YOUR FIRST FOUR REFERRALS
Start with four.
Keep #1 and #3.
Imagine you personally introduce four people who activate their memberships. Their order matters: your 1st and 3rd referrals stay with you in the plan.
Each of these retained direct referrals carries a $10 direct commission. In this four-referral example, that is $20 from the two retained positions.
HOW THE SHARE-UP WORKS
#2 and #4 move up.
The connection stays.
Your 2nd and 4th referrals share up to your Xup Qualifier—the upline recipient designated by the plan.
A shared-up $10 plan payment has two destinations: $5 in share-up commission and $5 in matching bonus. They are two parts of the same $10 payment.
Your #2 and #4 remain your personal referrals for the matching-bonus relationship, even though their plan positions share up.

Let’s give one of your personal referrals a name: Alex. When Alex receives a qualifying $5 share-up commission, the other $5 is paid as a matching bonus to Alex’s Xup Sponsor.
As Alex’s personal referrer in this example, you receive that $5 match. This relationship also matters for your own #2 and #4: sharing their positions up does not erase your matching connection.

FROM YOUR FIFTH REFERRAL ONWARD
Keep every new direct.
Keep building depth.
After your first four, you keep all personal referrals from #5 onward. There is no repeating “share every second referral” cycle for your own directs.
Every member follows the same opening pattern. Your retained referrals—including #1, #3 and #5 onward—share their own #2 and #4 up to you as their Xup Qualifier.
Those share-ups can create further depth as the pattern continues. Growth depends on members actively referring and maintaining qualifying memberships.

UNDERSTANDING THE DOUBLING EXAMPLE
Two can become four.
Then eight. Then more.
If every position in a payline produces two qualifying share-ups at the next depth, the number of positions doubles. Here is what that looks like at $5 per share-up.

Do I share up every second referral?+
No. Only your own #2 and #4 share up. You retain #1, #3 and every personal referral from #5 onward.
What is the difference between an Xup Qualifier and an Xup Sponsor?+
The Xup Qualifier receives the $5 share-up commission. The Xup Sponsor receives the $5 matching bonus on qualifying share-ups received by their personal referral. These describe different payment relationships.
Do my #2 and #4 stop being my personal referrals?+
No. Their positions share up, but your personal referral relationship remains for the matching bonus described above.
Is the monthly fee $10 or $15?+
The total is $15 per month: $10 for the compensation plan and $5 for the Leaders Bonus Pool.
Does referring four people guarantee a doubling income?+
No. The doubling illustration assumes each position generates two qualifying share-ups at the next depth. Actual results depend on referrals, active memberships and the applicable plan rules.
